These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SesaMore website (the "Site"), operated by R.J.M. Food Industries Ltd. ("SesaMore", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in Israel (company no. 513515536) that makes and sells products under the SesaMore brand. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site
The Site presents SesaMore's tahini, sesame-based products, spreads and sauces. It is for information only. We do not sell products or take orders through the Site.

2. Where to buy
Our products are sold through retailers and distributors. A purchase from a retailer is a contract between you and that retailer, and its own terms, prices, shipping, return and refund policies apply.

If we start selling directly through the Site, we will publish sales, shipping and refund terms before we accept any order.

3. Business and distribution inquiries
We work with distributors, retailers and other businesses in several countries. Prices, quantities and delivery terms for business customers are set in a separate written agreement or quotation. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer to sell.

4. Product information
We try to keep product descriptions, images, ingredients and nutritional information accurate and up to date. Recipes and packaging can change, and colors and photos may vary from the actual product. Always read the label on the product you receive before eating it. If the label and the Site differ, the label is correct.

5. Allergens
Our products contain sesame and some contain soy. If you have a food allergy, check the ingredient and allergen information on each package before eating.

6. Natural oil separation
Our tahini and sesame spreads are made from natural sesame. Our process greatly reduces oil separation, but natural oil separation may still occur. It is a natural property of sesame, not a defect, and does not affect quality or safety. Stir well before use.

7. Health and nutrition information
Information on the Site about health, nutrition or wellness is general information only. It is not medical advice and is not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Speak with a doctor or qualified professional before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication.

8. Using the Site
You agree not to:
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, or interfere with how it works;
- copy, scrape or reuse Site content for commercial purposes without our written permission; or
- upload or send anything harmful, misleading or offensive.

9. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the SesaMore name and logo, text, photos, designs and videos, belongs to SesaMore or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view it for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

10. Links to other websites
The Site may contain links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, policies or practices.

11. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the Site, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.

12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, SesaMore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or of third-party websites linked from it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

13. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform, including delays in production, shipping or delivery, caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include natural disasters, epidemics, war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, international sanctions, embargoes, trade restrictions, government actions, customs delays or strikes, labor disputes, failures of carriers or local delivery services, and interruptions to transport, energy or internet services. If such an event happens, our obligations are suspended for as long as it lasts.

14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate SesaMore for any claims, losses or costs caused by your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Northern District of Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site or these Terms. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
